Terms of Service

By using ABNAV services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ABRIGO SARL.

ABNAV provides GPS geolocation services, fleet tracking, analytics and reports. Available features depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or improve services at any time.

Access to services requires an active subscription. Payment is due according to chosen frequency (monthly or annual). In case of non-payment, access may be suspended. No refunds are made for partial periods.

You agree to use ABNAV in accordance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to: attempt to hack or compromise the system, use the service for illegal purposes, resell access without authorization, intentionally overload servers.

You remain the owner of all data generated by your vehicles and your use of the service. We only use your data to provide the service. You can export your data at any time in standard format (CSV, XML).

ABRIGO strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee 100% availability. We are not responsible for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of your annual subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend your account for violation of these terms.

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Important changes will be notified by email. Your continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco. Parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably before any legal proceedings.
