We collect data necessary for the geolocation service: GPS positions, vehicle data (speed, fuel consumption if available), user account information (name, email, phone). All data is collected with your explicit consent.

Your data is used exclusively to: provide GPS tracking services, generate your reports and analyses, improve our services, contact you about your account. We never sell your data to third parties.

We use AES-256 encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our servers are ISO 27001 certified and hosted in secure datacenters. Daily backups are made in 3 distinct geographic zones.

Our site uses essential cookies for operation (session, language preferences) and analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can disable analytical cookies in settings.

Your data is only shared with: our technical subcontractors (hosting, SMS), authorities if required by law. All our partners are subject to strict confidentiality agreements and GDPR compliant.

In accordance with GDPR and Law 09-08, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@abrigo.ma or via WhatsApp.

Geolocation data is retained according to your plan (30 days to unlimited). After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless legally required. You can request data export at any time.

This policy may be updated. Important changes will be notified by email. The last update date is indicated at the top of this document.
